The Social Security Office signed a long-term lease for 14,400 square feet of space at 1809 Olde Homestead Lane in the Greenfield Corporate Center in Lancaster, PA. The 28,800-square-foot industrial building will be completely occupied when Social Security Office moves in this October. The landlord, High Properties, was represented in-house by Jeff Herr of High Associates Ltd.
