AG Industries Building Sells For $2.17 Million

The AG Industries Building, located at 15335 NE 95th St. in Redmond, WA, sold for $2.17 million or $107 per square foot. A Washington-based, family owned company, The Complete Line, purchased the 20,250-square-foot building. The company, founded in 1976, primarily sells paper for use by office and commercial art users. The building will allow significant future expansion for the company while providing a space already built-out to meet its current needs. Eric Postle and Scott Rice of Puget Sound Properties represented the seller, AG Industries. Derek Heed of Colliers International represented the buyer, The Complete Line.
