Safeway Expands Into New Space In Bellevue

Safeway, a food and drug retailer, subleased 56,893 square feet of office/industrial space in the Teledesic Building in Bellevue, WA. The space will be used as Safeway's new beverage repackaging plant. The property is a 146,991-square-foot flex building located at 1445 120th Ave. NE. Brian Adams of Insignia Kidder Mathews represented the sublessee, Safeway. Johnson of Steven C. Johnson & Associates and Bret Jordan of Raskin & Associates represented the sublessor, Teledesic.
