Tinnel's West Indian Take-Out, a notable eatery located in North York, Canada, specializing in Caribbean cuisine, flavorful patties and oxtail dishes, acquired four industrial condominiums at 350-368 Signet Dr. from Mirabelli Corp. for just over $11.177 million or $439.06 per square foot, in an owner-user transaction.
