Dolce Printing Co. purchased a 28,720-square-foot facility at 29 Brook Ave. in Maywood, NJ, from Ikegami Electronics USA Inc. The purchase price was $1.875 million, approximately $65 per square foot. Dolce Printing will occupy the entire facility sometime in the fourth quarter. Matthew Corpuel of Insignia/ESG represented Dolce Printing.
