Apartment Complex Sells for $9.3 Million

FSC/Kingsley Associates purchased the Kingsley Apartments at 333 South Kingsley in Los Angeles. Total consideration for the deal is $9.3 million or $90,291 per unit. Built in 1985, the 81,043-square-foot, 103-unit complex was on the market for 60 days and escrow lasted for 45 days. The complex is comprised of 79 studios, 10 one-bedrooms, and 14 two-bedrooms. The building sits on a 42,300-square foot land parcel and was 97% leased at the time of sale. Ron Harris of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer. Richard Ringer, also of Marcus & Millichap, represented the seller, 333 S. Kingsley LLC.
