DPR Construction Inc. renewed its 10,947-square-foot office lease at 5990 Greenwood Plaza Blvd. in the Greenwood Corporate Plaza. The Greenwood Corporate Plaza was built in 1983 and since has won the 2000 Regional BOMA award, the 1995 Local BOMA award, and the 1997 BOMA award for the category of Suburban Office Parks. DPR Construction Inc. is a global commercial contractor/construction manager. Keith Neff represented the owner, Lowe Enterprises in-house. Marc Lunde of CRESA Partners represented DPR Construction.
