Ingram Micro Begins Operations at 1 Ingram Dr.

In what is believed to be the largest build-to-suit transaction in Riverside County's history, Ingram Micro settled into its new West Coast distribution facility at 1 Ingram Drive in Mira Loma. Ingram Micro signed a 10-year lease on the 799,952-square-foot tilt-up building in March 2001 with a total consideration of more than $33 million. The building features 88 loading docks, 24-foot ceiling height, air conditioning, and a fenced lot. Mike Massaro of Professional Real Estate Services represented the Irvine-based landlord, Pacific Newport Properties. Rick John of Collins Commercial represented Ingram Micro.
