Oklahoma-based TRI-State Commercial Associates purchased The Plaza on Legacy in Plano, TX from Florida-based SB Properties for $13,962,300, $131 per square foot. The newly constructed retail center consists of 106,557 square feet located at Legacy Drive and Coit Road. The center was 97% leased at the time of the sale, featuring tenants such as Hobby Lobby, Walgreen's, Jack in the Box, Quizno’s Subs, Papa John's Pizza, Blue Star Communications and Optical Warehouse. David De La Garza and John Sabow from Marcus & Millichap of Tampa, FL represented the seller and the buyer.
