Two New Tenants Take Up Space in Acton

Glow Training Center signed a 5-year lease for 11,872 square feet of flex space at the Beacon Bldg., 20 Main St., Acton, MA. The Beacon Bldg., built in 1969 and renovated in 1988, is a 103,855-square-foot, Class-B flex building. The facility offers such features as an atrium, heavy power, 22- to 25-foot clear heights, 11-foot by 25-foot column spacing and 21 docks. The building also has common features such as sprinklers, natural gas, with city water and sewer. Glow Training provides innovative and practical training to enhance the user's understanding of computer applications and to perform PC technical support. Stanley Burwick of New England Industrial Properties represented the owner, Robert Anderson, and the tenant. Advanced Technical Solutions Inc. signed a 3-year lease for 10,254 square feet of flex space at the building. Advanced Technical, a provider of innovative solutions for producing newspapers, moved its headquarters from 255 Ballardvale St. Wilmington, MA. Burwick of New England Industrial Properties represented the owner, Robert Anderson. Independent broker Michael Rosenbaum represented the tenant.
