Portfolio Sale of 5 Buildings for $7.6 Million

LB Greenbriar LLC (Lehman Brothers) sold the 5-building Greenbriar Corporate Campus portfolio at 3350 Greenbriar Parkway in Atlanta to Ben Hill United Methodist Church for $7.6 million. The buyer is still considering options whether to occupy the entire campus or to lease and sell it again. Each building in the campus has separate back-up power generators with UPS system. The campus is composed of 67 acres of land including 21 acres undeveloped land, which was also part of the sale. Greenbriar Corporate Campus is located near Greenbriar Mall at intersection of I-285 and Langford Parkway. All buildings are in shell condition, ready for build out with parking available at 8/1,000 ratio. Bruce Propst, Monty Levy and Tracy Shacklock of Carter & Associates ONCOR Int'l brokered for the seller. Richard Wright of Meridian Property Group Ltd. represented the buyer.
