Ferry Boat Operator signs lease at Catalina Landing

Catalina Express signed a lease to occupy 20,000 square feet of ground level space at 320 Golden Shore St. in Long Beach, CA. Catalina Express is the sole operator of cruise boats to Catalina Island. The 10-year lease has an approximate value of $5 million. Catalina Express will be relocating a large part of its business from the Queen Mary facility to this location, which encompasses 11 acres of terminal space. The landlord, John Hancock Insurance, represented itself in the transaction. Mark Hereford of Daum Commercial represented the tenant, Catalina Express.
