47,100 SF Industrial Building Sells For $2.75 Mill

Santa Ana Cannery sold the 47,100-square-foot industrial building located at 1661 Palm Avenue in Santa Ana to VM Properties $2,750,000, or just over $58 per square foot. The building was fully occupied at the time of sale and features 2 dock-highs, 24' clear height and heavy power. Wayne Morrison of Shelton Morrison & Associates represented the seller. Greg Ozimec and Michael Hefnerof represented VM Properties.
