The Seville Reaches $40 million in Sales

Spanish-style residence attracts buyers to the Upper East Side.

The Seville, a new ultra-luxurious condominium apartment building at 300 East 77th St., has created quite a buzz in the Upper East Side. Only months after launching the condominium's sales campaign, the developers, a parternship of Trevor Davis and Partners and Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs of RFR Holding LLC, announced that they have reached the $40 million sales mark.
