800 Jones St. in Berkeley, CA, sold for a confirmed $1.3 million, $209.68 per square foot. Built in 1967, the 2-story, 6,200-square-foot structure was recently converted from an industrial building to an office building. The buyers, Colin & Jennifer Cooper, will use half of the property to house their business, Cooper Law Offices. The other half of the building is leased to ISI Research Software. John Norheim with Norheim & Yost represented the buyers and the seller, Niles-Pereira Inc., in the transaction. By: Adam Jarrett & Dan Martinez
