Freight Company Signs Lease For 432,308 SF

USF Logistics, a fully integrated third-party freight provider with an impressive list of Fortune 500 clients, signed a lease to occupy the entire building at 5431 East Philadelphia St. in Ontario. USF Logistics operates over 75 warehouse and distribution centers throughout the US and Canada employing over 4,800 employees. The 432,308-square-foot industrial building was constructed in 1985 and features 49 dock-high positions, one drive-in bay, 28-foot clear height and rail service. Consideration for the 5-year deal was in excess of $7 million. Damian McKinney and Ed Bushor of eRealty in San Diego represented USF Logistics. Allen Jackel represented the building owner, ProLogis, in-house.
