Lakha Willows Properties LLC purchased Lake Meridian Marketplace, a 165,210-square-foot neighborhood center in Kent, for $21.9 million or $132.56 per square foot. At the time of the sale, only five of the 37 retail units were vacant, making it a prime investment opportunity. The five-building center, located at 12922 SE Kent Kangley Road, is home to such tenants as Albertson's, Bank of America and Starbucks. Paul Sleeth of Colliers International represented both Lakha Willows Properties and the seller, Regency Centers LP, in the transaction.
