Nicholas Cappelli, president of Suburban Food Services, purchased a 42,500-square-foot flex building at the Concord Business Center. The building, which is located at 54 Conchester Road in Concordville, PA, was sold by WE Develop Associates for $1.85 million, roughly $44 per square foot. The facility features 24’ clear ceiling heights, five loading docks equipped with levelators, and a 10,000-square-foot elevator served office space that overlooks the production and warehouse areas. It will be used by Suburban Food as a corporate office as well as for its food preparation activities. Founded in 1948, the company is a full time mobile catering service with a fleet of 40 mobile catering trucks. It delivers hot and cold entrees daily to construction sites, car dealerships, small manufacturing companies and other local businesses where employee cafeteria or food services aren’t available. Steve Italiano of CB Richard Ellis brokered the sale.
