Mill Creek Road Associates, a development affiliate of O’Neill Property Group LP, purchased 1400 Mill Creek Road in Gladwyne, PA. Henry Quinn sold the 38,000-square-foot office building for $2.5 million, or $65.78 per square foot. The former mill building dates back to the 19th century and had been occupied by a variety of industries, including woodworking and graphic design companies. Up until last February, a portion of the building was used as a recording studio for the R & B band, Boys II Men. The building, which is fully leased, was acquired as an investment purchase. Jim Kahn of Kahn and Co. brokered the sale.
