Two separate leases took place in Building 1 of the Space Center Building Park located at 5017-5199 Pulaski St. in Dallas. Bio-Flex International Inc. a laboratory equipment and supply company signed a lease for 23,662 square feet. And Designer Choice International Inc. signed a lease for 14,901 square feet of industrial space. The 234,862-square-foot industrial building was built in1965 and features 28 loading docks, heavy power, a clear height of 22 feet and sits on 9.79-acres of land.
