WLA Increases Investment Portfolio

1290 N. Hancock Building Sells for $3.6 Million

WLA Investments acquired the 38,986-square-foot office building at 1290 North Hancock St. in Anaheim. The 2-story building is currently 93% leased and sold for approximately $3.6 million, $92 per square foot. Tenancy in the building is made up primarily of service-related companies, including engineering and design firms. WLA was founded in 1974 as an architectural and planning consultant firm. In 1988 it began acquiring investment income properties. Today the WLA portfolio is valued at over $200 million. Alan Pekarcik and Dan Vittone of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented WLA Investments. Mark Larson, Gary Stache and Tom Abel of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Leaverton-Rowland Associates.
