Industrial Building Has New Ownership

Royal Electric purchased 1250 Memory Lane in Columbus from Excel Group LLC for $750,000. 1250 Memory Lane is a 33,600-square-foot industrial facility that sits on approximately 1.58 acres (69,260 sq.ft.) of land. The facility has 3 docks, 1 drive-in and a ceiling height of 24 feet. Royal Electric plans to occupy the entire building. Greg Schenk of The Schenk Group represented the buyer, Royal Electric. Dan Sheeran and Mike Semon of Ohio Equities represented the seller, Excel Group LLC.
