The facility has 3 docks, 1 drive-in and a ceiling height of 24 feet. Royal Electric plans to occupy the entire building. Greg Schenk of The Schenk Group represented the buyer, Royal Electric. Dan Sheeran and Mike Semon of Ohio Equities represented the seller, Excel Group LLC.
