eOfficeSuites, a company specializing in "ready to go" office space for entertainment and technology clients, has added a prime Beverly Hills property to its portfolio of LA office buildings by purchasing the 50,000-square-foot 8670 Wilshire Blvd. Total consideration for the deal was valued at approximately $9,500,000 or $190 per square-foot. The building is a 3-story modern building that boasts a 45-seat screening theatre along with a large data room with fiber (OC3), features that are likely to attract many entertainment and technology clients. Tony Dorn of Beitler Commercial represented eOfficeSuites. Jeff Resnick and Mike Geller of First Property Realty represented the seller Archibald Management Inc. Howard Sher and Harvey Lind of eOfficeSuites will now handle leasing for the building.
