Majestic Realty Company appointed David A. Wheeler to the position of president, effective immediately. Roski, Jr. who will continue to lead the company as chairman of the board and chief executive officer. In announcing Wheeler's promotion, Roski cited the changes in the real estate market in general and the industrial market in particular as creating unparalleled opportunities for the company. "Dave’s combination of leadership, experience and organizational skills will help drive the continued growth of Majestic as we look ahead," stated Roski. "Dave and I have worked very closely at Majestic for over twenty-five years and I look forward to his expanded role."
