The facility is considered the largest of its kind in the country. The International Produce Market will replace the 75-year old South Water Market at 15th and Morgan Streets. The property is a warehouse/distribution facility that is situated on a 26-acre site. Features include a 26' clear ceiling height, temperature-controlled coolers for produce storage, 108 truck docks, and parking for 219 cars and 108 trailers.
