Abood & Associates, Inc. a full service real estate firm providing leasing, sales, property management and general construction services in South Florida and Wood-Fay Realty Group, Inc., a highly specialized commercial real estate brokerage firm whose activities include the sale of commercial and investment properties and advisory services for their clients, announced the merger of their two commercial real estate firms into Abood Wood-Fay Real Estate Group. The announcement comes after a decade of successful business referrals between the two companies. The two firms believe they will be even stronger as one as they will be able to offer their clients more complete real estate services with true expertise in leasing, sales and property management in the office, retail, multi-family and industrial sector of commercial and investment real estate. They also plan to broaden their market base due to each firms' diverse business relationships. The merger will be effective July 1, 2002 and they will be relocating their current offices to unite the new company by early fall in Coral Gables.
