Harris Bank leased 67,000 square feet of space at 3800 Golf Road in Rolling Meadows, IL. The bank will open a Consumer Lending Center that will bring together employees from a dozen different locations around Chicagoland into a centralized facility. Alex Smith, Susan Rosen and Marilyn Lissner of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the building owner, 3Com Corp. Hank Cox and Robert Reaumond of CB Richard Ellis represented Harris Bank. The new center will bring together all of Harris Bank's central support staff for the company's consumer lending business. This will include the units that currently support the bank's mortgage, home equity, and auto lending businesses. Harris Bank, one of the leading financial services companies providing loans to consumers in Chicago and the Midwest, will commence operations at the Golf Road location this August.
