Nutrition Products Manufacturer Takes 53,400 SF

Alacer Corp, a manufacturer of nutrition products such as vitamins, minerals and the well-known Emer'gen-C vitamin C drink mix, leased the entire 53,400-square-foot flex building at 15365 Barranca Parkway in Irvine. The 3-year deal is valued at approximately $1.4 million. The building features 2 drive-in doors, 2 dock-high doors, and 24' truss height. Scott Garmon and Bob Griffith of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Bixby Land Company. Christopher Bates, Jon Marchiorlatti, David Bolt, and Larry Schuler of CB Richard Ellis represented Alacer.
