Michael Gray acquired 79 E. Putnam Ave., an historic 3-story property in Greenwich, CT. The sale of the 18,800-square-foot property was settled in May 2002 with a price in excess of $300 per square foot. The buildings were originally constructed in 1732 and renovated in 1985. Formerly known as the Outdoor Traders building, the property consists of a 22,809-square-foot lot with five detached buildings. There are currently fourteen retail and office tenants that occupy these particularly charming buildings. Beth Chappel, of HK Group at time of sale, and Norman Lotstein of Pyramid Real Estate Group represented the buyer. The sellers, Round Hill Partners, represented themselves in the sales transaction.
