The Regents of the University of California, a medical group, subleased 4,704 square feet of office space on the first floor at 1801 Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica, CA. The ten-year lease is valued at just over $2 million. The Regents will be relocating from another Los Angeles address. Its new building, which is part of the Courtyard on Wilshire, has convenient access to Brentwood, Westwood, and Century City, and is within walking distance to two major hospitals. Mitch Stokes of Madison Partners represented the landlord, Ten West Associates, in the transaction. Loana O'Reilly with UCLA represented the Regents.
