Triple Play USA Leases 13,750 SF

Triple Play USA leased 13,750 square feet of warehouse space at 2055-81 Adams Ave., Unit 2055, in San Leandro, CA. The company plans to convert the warehouse space into an indoor recreational entertainment facility featuring state-of-the-art baseball and softball batting cages and arcade games. The facility will have a grand opening in July with guest appearances by star athletes. The company signed a 10-year deal at $6.24 per square foot annually, industrial gross. Randy Jones with Donald L. Jones Inc. in San Leandro represented the landlord, Prudential Properties. Peter McNally with Robinson McNally in Berkeley represented the tenant, Triple Play USA.
