Mintek Digital signed a 33,815-square-foot lease at 4915-25 Hunter Ave. in Anaheim. It will be the new distribution center as well as the headquarters of Mintek Digital's West Coast operations. Mintek, which bills itself as "digital entertainment in a box," manufactures DVD players with Karaoke options, and portable entertainment centers. Mike Di Peppino of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Mintek. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner also of Voit Commercial represented the landlord, Catellus Development Corp., in the 3-year, $740,016 transaction.
