Private investors Keith & Sara Harrison (et al) purchased the multi-tenant industrial property located at 364 2nd St. in Encinitas, CA. The buyer agreed to purchase the 26,579-square-foot facility for approximately $2.63 million, nearly $99 per square foot. The single-story building was built in 1970 and features grade-level loading, sprinklers, and about 11,000 square feet of office space. This was the buyer's upleg in a 1031 exchange.
