Montgomery Park Business Center, the former Montgomery Ward Catalog Building in Baltimore that is being redeveloped by Himmelrich Associates Inc., will be financed by Citigroup Center for Community Development Enterprise (CCDE). Montgomery Park Business Center is a 1.3 million-square-foot office redevelopment project. It is the largest office building in the Baltimore metropolitan area, the largest historic building restoration in the State of Maryland and incorporates energy efficient "green technology." The park is planned as a Class A office park to accommodate very large, medium and small office users. It will include amenities attractive to office users such as a 500-seat auditorium, food court, health club, and day care center. The park has easy access to I-95, BWI Airport, and downtown Baltimore.
