Graymont Partners sold Jupiter Commerce Center in Dallas, Texas. The portfolio is located at 13657, 13659, 13661 and 13663 Jupiter Road and was bought by a Dallas venture for investment purposes only. All single story, the four flex buildings have a collective rentable building area of 86,000 square feet and are located in the Northeast Dallas/Garland Industrial Submarket. According to Andrew Folmer, VP of Marketing at Harry B. Lucas Companies, "Jupiter Commerce Center was developed by Jackson Shaw in the mid-eighties. The property caters primarily to office/showroom tenants in the 2,000-4,000 square-foot range with some larger spaces also available." Andrew Folmer and Jay Lucas of Harry B.
