Graymont Partners Sells Portfolio of Four Buildings

Graymont Partners sold Jupiter Commerce Center in Dallas, Texas. The portfolio is located at 13657, 13659, 13661 and 13663 Jupiter Road and was bought by a Dallas venture for investment purposes only. All single story, the four flex buildings have a collective rentable building area of 86,000 square feet and are located in the Northeast Dallas/Garland Industrial Submarket. According to Andrew Folmer, VP of Marketing at Harry B. Lucas Companies, "Jupiter Commerce Center was developed by Jackson Shaw in the mid-eighties. The property caters primarily to office/showroom tenants in the 2,000-4,000 square-foot range with some larger spaces also available." Andrew Folmer and Jay Lucas of Harry B. Lucas Companies represented Graymont Partners in the deal. David Cook of David Cook Company represented the buyer.
