The 5-year lease commenced on May 13. Neil Alt of Lincoln Property Company represented the Landlord, Lincoln Property Company and Jeff Flynn and Matt Sonne of Spaulding and Slye represented the Tenant, Integrated Coast Guard Systems. The building was built in 1990 by Lincoln Property Company and received an ADBA Building of the year award. A concierge service is located on the lobby level and is located within two blocks from the Rosslyn Metro. A 162-room Marriott Hotel is adjacent to the building.
