"O" Is For Occupied

Building O of the Park West International building park on Global Way in Hebron, KY is the new home of Sandvik Coromant, a Swedish cutting tools manufacturer. Sandvik was formerly located at 1845 Airport Exchange Blvd., Building B, in Erlanger, OH. The company was growing so rapidly that it needed to find a much larger space. At the previous location, the company occupied approximately 50,000 square feet. With the move to Park West International, Sandvik will double that size. The company occupies 99,092 square feet of the 160,947-square-foot building. Bill Keefer, of Grubb & Ellis/West Shell Commercial Inc. represented Sandvik Coromant. Doug Armbruster was the in-house representative for the landlord, Industrial Developments International Inc. Park West International is a four million-square-foot warehouse and distribution center that sits on 400 acres of land near the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport at Route 237 and Interstate 275.
