The company will occupy 41,500 square feet, nearly 97% of the two-story, 43,000-square foot office building. Insignia/ESG's brokerage team, which included senior managing directors Edward Fitzsimons and Theodore Sasso along with Roy Chipkin and Dan Oliver, arranged the expansion lease on behalf of the landlord, 875 Merrick LLC.
