The Messer Construction Co. building on 4612 Paddock Road in Cincinnati will become the new headquarters of People Working Cooperatively (PWC), a local nonprofit organization. They will vacate their 10,000-square-foot building on 7107 Shona Drive in Cincinnati and prepare for their move into the 35,000-square-foot industrial building on Paddock Road later this summer. PWC assists low-income homeowners with repairs. "This move, expansion and purchase of the Messer Building better fits our strategic plan now and into the future," said Jock Pitts Executive Vice President of People Working Cooperatively. Both parties represented themselves in the sale.
