Medical Center in Hayward Sells for $1.1 Million

The Apple Medical Center at 1320 Apple Ave. in Hayward, CA, sold to private investors Jay H. and Kyoung J. Ju for $1.1 million, roughly $115 per square foot. The 9,576-square-foot medical/office building was fully leased at the time of sale and has stable tenants with annual rent increases. The tenants pay for PG&E and janitorial services. Jason Johnson of Colliers International in Carlsbad, CA, represented the buyers. Bill Carrel of CB Richard Ellis in Oakland represented the sellers, John M. & Sandra D. Davini.
