Logistics Giant Signs - Part II

104,000-SF Lease is One of Long Island's Largest

In one of the largest industrial transactions in the Long Island market so far this year, Elm Global Logistics Co., a global warehousing and distribution services company, leased approximately 104,000 square feet at 85 Nicon Court in Hauppauge, NY. Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties represented Elm Global. Joe Caridi represented the owner, Reckson Associates in-house. This is the second large Hauppauge lease made by Elm in recent months, the company leased 105,253 square feet at 400 Rabro Drive at the end of last year. With this lease, the logistics giant occupies well over 700,000 square feet of industrial space throughout the Long Island market.
