Dayton, OH based, Encon Inc. continues its commitment to the growth within the Dayton region with the purchase of an 80,000-square-foot warehousing facility at 3435 Stop Eight Road for $2.195 million. The new site will help accommodate the company's production growth and broadening product line of its plastic injection molding products. The location is convenient to Encon Inc.'s manufacturing facility at 6230-6266 Executive Blvd. The new facility has 13 loading docks, 13 levelators, 2 drive-in bays, and easy access to Interstate 75. The company, which was founded in 1976 and is headed by CEO, William Gaiser, produces PET plastic injected parts for bottles and containers. 3435 Stop Eight Road is Encon Inc.'s third warehouse acquisition in the last 3 years. Chuck McCosh of Miller-Valentine Group, who represented the previous owner, Ventnor Associates Limited, credits the building's location and completely refurbished interior and exterior for attracting Encon Inc. Mark Dlott of NAI/Larry Stein Realty represented Encon Inc.
