The 18-story Class-A building 8333 Douglas Avenue in Dallas, TX, is built of steel and glass construction and located near Loop 12 in the Preston Center submarket. Built in 1975, the 251,173-square-foot property was renovated in 1995. At 95.8% occupied, the building's tenants include Guranty Bank, who's 122,618-square-foot lease spans 13 floors, May Financial Corporation, and Hexter-Fair Title Company. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP arranged the loan from Aegon USA Realty Advisors, for building owner Serbo 8333 Douglas Inc.
