Horton signed for 5 years at approximately $1.79 per square foot, for a total consideration of $2.157 million. It is due to take occupancy of the space in June. Located within the Crivello Commerce Center, the building features extensive glass and slate accents, showers, lockers, a private gym facility, 24-hour on-site security patrol, key-card access and abundant parking.
