Printing Company Takes Entire Building

James Printing Company, previously located in 30,000 square feet of the Downtown Underground in Kansas City, MO, signed the 10-year lease for a 40,600-square-foot building at 1340 Taney Avenue in North Kansas City. The firm plans to occupy the entire building. Nathan F. Anderson, SIOR, CCIM of J.P. Fogel & Company, who brokered the deal on behalf of James Printing said, "The facility is an ideal fit for James' operations largely due to the air-conditioned plant area and office layout. After being underground for over three decades, they're very excited to see the light of day in North Kansas City." Olen Monsees, president of B.A. Karbank & Co. was the in-house rep for Karbank, the building's owner.
