Finance Law Firms Signs 15-Year-Lease

The law office of Hahn & Hessen has announced that the firm will move their office to 488 Madison Avenue. The firm signed a 15-year-lease for 42,554-square-feet on the 14th and 15th floors. Previously, the firm's office was located at the Empire State Building. Representing the landlord, 488 Subtenants Association, was Eric Derfner of The Feil Organization. Hahn & Hessen hired Barry Shaw of C.B. Shaw Inc. as a consultant. 488 Madison, formerly known as The Look Building, is a 24-story, class A office building built in 1949 and renovated in 1998. It is 89 percent leased.
