Arthur J. Rogers & Co. completed eight Chicagoland transactions. In Buffalo Grove, IL, three leases were signed at the Roger Centre for Commerce, a 45,650-square-foot building located at 1601 Barclay Blvd. Chicago Computer Works Inc., a seller of computer software products, will occupy 5,964 square feet. Norman Ross of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented building ownership and Andrew Kaboff, Austin Group president and managing principal, represented the tenant in the transaction. NAS International Inc., a mail order company, signed a lease to occupy 5,200 square feet. Ross worked on behalf of ownership and Jeff Gilbert of Wagener Equities represented NAS International. Ross represented both ownership and tenant Chicago Custom Cabinet & Fronts in a 3,250-square-foot renewal. All three companies cited the park’s prime location and upscale corporate image as reasons in the selection of the facility. Ross and Mark Baumhart and Ross of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented both the tenant and building ownership in two new leases at the Terrace Trade Center Building at 102 Terrace Drive in Mundelein, IL. Metro Siding signed a lease to occupy 5,112 square feet. The contracting firm selected the facility for its custom build-out options. ComPath, a wire installation company, signed a lease to occupy 1,860 square feet. Three transactions occurred at the North building of the Rogers Executive Parke, a 61,300-square-foot building at 50 Lakeview Parkway in Vernon Hills, IL. Molecular Geriatrics Corp. renewed a 7,500-square-foot lease. The company utilizes the facility for laboratory and office space. Ross of represented both parties in the transaction. Ross also represented the owner and tenant in Hwacheon’s 7,200-square-foot renewal. The machine tooling company benefits from the park’s prime location and professional image. San Antonio, TX-based Materials Marketing Ltd. is expanding and has signed a new lease. The company will house its stone and marble showroom in 2,250 square feet of space.
