The Cementworks, LLC and Tudor Realty Services Corporation each signed a lease to move into Gramercy Park Plaza. Cementworks will move to the third floor, and Tudor Realty will take the fourth floor of 250 Park Avenue South. Each tenant will commence a 10-year lease for its respective 10,952-square-foot floor. Howard Bressler of Insignia/ESG represented Cementworks, an advertising agency. Andrew Lazarus and Bruce Surry of Insignia/ESG represented Tudor Realty, a residential real estate firm. Eric Derfner of the Feil Organization negotiated the leases on behalf of the landlord. Gramercy Park Plaza is 12-story Class B building built in 1911 and located in the Gramercy Park submarket. With the third and fourth floors leased the building is now fully occupied.
