The company, whose headquarters is located less than a mile away on Crabbs Branch Way, needed to expand and will be using this warehouse to satisfy expanded distribution areas. Located in Derwood Industrial Park, 40 Derwood Circle is a 61,167-square-foot industrial building that features 10 loading docks and an 18'-24' ceiling height.
