Amtech Power Software has signed a 3-year lease for 1,850 square feet at the Roy F. Johns Building in Coraopolis, PA. The 13,000-square-foot office building, built in 1989, is located at 200 Marshall Drive and is 100% leased. This is the first U.S. office for Amtech, which is headquartered in the United Kingdom. The company chose this location, in part, because of its close proximity to the Pittsburgh International Airport. Ron Willis, of Airport Office Center Associates, represented both Amtech and the owner, Roy F. Johns, in the transaction.
